Patient Onboarding in Four Simple Steps

- AccessibleRCM® receives a physician or payer order for RPM.
- An AccessibleRCM® representative contacts the patient to verify information.
- Devices are shipped directly to the patient’s home.
- On delivery, an AccessibleRCM® team member contacts the patient to activate and train them on their device.
Ongoing Monitoring & Support
Once devices are activated, AccessibleRCM®’s 24/7 HealthVitals® platform securely transmits patient data to care providers. Our system automatically checks for compliance and flags abnormal readings so the right care team member is alerted immediately. Patients are never left alone.
